Bobby Chapa brings a background in Military systems design and support combined with many years in the financial industry and a strong education. Bobby worked on various classified Navy computer systems before progressing into the civilian workforce. After serving his country, Bobby served the community by delivering financial services to the community through his career with a community bank. He managed a dealer loan portfolio and provided substantial growth to the business through successful management of risk. In addition, Bobby has a strong education with a Masters of Science in e-Business, Undergraduate degree in Social Science with an emphasis Economics. He is currently working on a Doctorate degree in Instructional Technology. Bobby brings strong management, execution, and knowledge of the practical application of technology.

Jim Cunningham has a long career in the technology industry and the management of large scale projects for Fortune 100 companies to small businesses. In addition, Jim has a strong education with a Masters of Science in e-Business and Undergraduate degree in Finance. Jim began in the computer industry in 1992 designing, selling and supporting technical solutions for small to medium sized businesses. He advanced to a career in the financial services industry and served as IT manager for a financial holding company. In that position, he managed the corporate technology strategy and implementation by supporting everything from policy and procedures to architecture and implementation of corporate-wide systems for a bank, insurance company and investment company. Jim then progressed to a Fortune 100 company where he planned and managed business unit operations mergers and business process improvement. This abundance of business experience combined with a strong education provides a solid foundation for project management, risk management, business process optimization, and the impact of technology on business.
